In the premiere episode, a tutor discovers a mysterious notebook that grants him the power to direct the actions of anyone whose name he writes inside it. During a private study session, he puts this ability to use on the young woman he is assisting, transforming their time together in unexpected ways. The situation soon expands to involve her sister and mother, as well as a few fellow male students, creating a web of shared experiences.
