As summer vacation gets underway, Kotomi's plans for relaxation are disrupted by an unsettling note containing deeply personal details that draws her to a deserted school building. Upon arrival she encounters several classmates, among them the assertive Miyuki, each drawn by similar mysterious instructions. Tension rises sharply when the group realizes the doors have sealed shut and some members begin to vanish, marking the start of an unforeseen ordeal.
