Upon learning of his grandfather’s death, Shoma returns to the countryside home he knew as a boy. There he is reunited with Chisato and Kuu, the twin sisters adopted by the elderly resident a decade earlier, now grown into poised young women. Memories surface of the tomboy Chisato and gentle Kuu who once shared their days with him, along with the quiet affection they both felt. As past and present meet, Shoma reflects on the choices that led him away from music and back to the people who shaped his youth.
