In the premiere episode, Ai grapples with her desire to step fully into womanhood after what she believes was a dream featuring her sister and the hospital’s chief physician. At the same time, Dr. Ryuji Hirasaka prepares to test an experimental procedure on Hikaru, yet his attention shifts when a new device draws both sisters into its influence. Ai experiences the events as nothing more than another hazy vision, leaving her uncertain where imagination ends and reality begins. The doctor’s unorthodox methods quietly position him as an unexpected ally amid the sisters’ growing confusion.
