In the escalating battle over Taichi’s future, Hathor, Astraea, and Aruru press forward with their determination to bind him exclusively, convinced that completing the ritual will erase all other affections. Kuon, Mai, and their companions refuse to yield, turning what was meant to be a blockade of the ceremony into an all-out contest for his devotion. The clash pulls every participant into a dizzying cycle of advances and counter-moves, leaving the once-restrained maidens swept up in a torrent of unrestrained emotion. By the episode’s end, the struggle for marriage rights dissolves into a shared, overflowing display of longing.
