One year after the Chaos Arena’s collapse, Asagi and Sakura step onto the empty boulevards of Tokyo Kingdom, the vast man-made island adrift in Tokyo Bay. What was meant to be a thriving satellite city has instead become a shadowed sanctuary for outlaws and opportunists, reachable only by the single bridge from the mainland.
