Rushed to the hospital, our hero reunites with a girl he knew once upon a time, now a nurse whose big boobs spark an irresistible closeness between them. Seeing their bond deepen draws in the overseeing nurse, who craves her own share of the sensual heat through teasing boob job and blow job moments. Our hero can't seem to keep his hands off either of these nurses, and neither can anyone else, as passions build toward an intense facial in this hentai episode.
